see, I'm telling you... the stiffer webbing makes it go way faster. All the stiff webbing I have has been tie on things with a water knot for a long time and it's so tight, I will never be able to get it off in order to use it for a video..

Also, Hank, that was super fast !!

9.75 second for me, with bare hands. Could not get all the fumbles out.

Softer webbing for the first piece, stiffer webbing for the second...

I can see a point system evolving for next year's Slot-O-Lympics at the Zion Rondy. +2 seconds for stiff webbing; -4 for bulky gloves; +2 using a surface...

Not so fast, Mr Moon. Mr Reaper is insisting on entering the competition...

Not one of his best times... appears to be dead last. EDK, dead last, reaper... oh, just forget it! :disagree:

BTW, my posts in this thread are not part of the CRITR competition. I'm here for fun, showing-off, and to challenge Todd's amazing 6 sec. knot. Need to hunt up some standard tubular to try, instead of Petzl (notoriously stiff!) webbing belts. Still waiting for Canyonero's Psycho shower scene...i guess he's waiting for Halloween. :)

Oh, and now Kuenn's upped the fun ante with Mr. Reaper...I don't think that can be topped...right? Maybe if Beady would re-create the oven mitts video with himself cruising around SLC, tying a knot with Victoria's Secret oven mitts. Edit: with wet 1" tubular!

(re-posted new vid in place of earlier video, maybe a second or two faster?)
    The reaper vid was hilarious...

    WOW wsbpress-
If you subtract the time to hit your timer, you gotta be at 6 seconds or less!

hey, did you practice or something? :) Amazing focus!

The webbing appears to be BlueWater Climb-Spec, not mil-spec. Mil-spec might warrant -0.5 or -1 sec. on the slot-O-lympics handicap scale...

I am conceding defeat here... regardless of type of webbing. Good luck everyone else!
