It has been a long time since the Betabase went off line. Any idea what is happening with that functionality?

I'm sure Jeremy just got busy and hasn't gotten around to updating it all. Its a massive undertaking. Many of the canyons on the map (a cut and paste of bob's SACM) are mislabeled and/or have no beta. Don't expect beta for all those pins to popup anytime soon.

    Go find one.

    Go have an adventure.

    ;)

The betabase was a great idea, I wish it did not have so many self inflicted limitations and more functionality.
I tried to contribute to it, but it was a pain. Months of waiting before beta was publicly accesible and KML map never made it (a year later).
Now I post all my beta to www.ropewiki.com. Several others use it too. Give it a try, you may like it too.

I wasn't concerned about having an adventure haha, just saw that the functionality has been "coming soon" to us for a while. wondered what the status was. I liked it when it first was rolled out, sad to see it not working anymore. oh well.
