Can you explain why the last person down must keep pressure on the rap line while pull cord is pulled?
Good question. With the weight of the last rapper still on the line, the W'anchor is lifted higher out of the water in the pothole. This creates more pressure on the bottom roll closing. When the "release cord" is pulled, the water will drain easier and faster as opposed to the W;anchor lying submerged in the pothole water. Thye puller would then have to exert more weight on the line to drain it.....
