Didn't have plans to go into Neon this past weekend on a trip down to Escalante (4-15-22), but heard from Utah Canyon Outdoors that it's currently bone dry and the last historic keeper is back to being full on after years of being a sand beach or swim out. It's word of mouth, so take that info as you will, but figured someone could use it. Wouldn't want to hit that last keeper thinking it's full and not have a hook or pot shots.

I bet it fills up again soon. Until then underwater shoulder stands maybe? Dunno. Haven't done it enough to have ever had it be in keeper shape.

But I'd have to agree that I don't think potshots would work.

I ran neon mid may and the last keeper was a breeze, about a 3-4 foot tall exit (and dry).
