I'm hiking the Hayduke Trail starting in March and need a place to stash my car for a couple weeks (a friend will pick it up in early April). I know the airport parking is free at the moment, but it would be great to be able to park closer to town for logistical reasons. Any suggestions?

Just park it on a residential street. Should be fine for a couple weeks.

This is illegal and your car will be towed. Moab only allows cars to be parked on residential streets for 48 hours and they do enforce it rather strictly.

I would contact one of the river companies that offer shuttles. They typically have gated car park areas on site that they use to store the cars of river runners. Unsure of the cost, but if I recall from my GC trips its only a buck or two a day.
