It is the Black Hole of White Canyon (after the technical stuff on the hike to the exit). Ram, you're up.
Is it the last rappel in Imlay? I am probably wrong since I haven't been there since 27 years ago, but it looks vaguely familiar.

This is going to be a tough one, so lots of clues will be given.
About 140 miles from Salt Lake City.
On the way to other areas, such as Arches, San Rafael, etc., but almost always passed by.
In a highly visible escarpment.
Maybe give just the general area.
