I am considering doing a solo trip to Robbers Roost. I would start down Little Bluejohn, continue down BlueJohn, fix a rope at the dryfall, continue down into Horseshoe Canyon to get to The Great Gallery. I would then reverse the route I came down, ascend the dryfall and exit out either the West Fork or the exit in between WF and LBJ. I am estimating that it will take about 9-10 hrs total time moving quickly. I have never been to this area and wanted to try this. Is this a good route to try? Thanks.

Doing that with a car shuttle would be much more efficient than backtracking all the way.

If you don't have a car shuttle, I'd recommend seeing Bluejohn and Great Gllery on seperate hikes.

How long do you think that long route would take? Longer than 9-10 hours?

I don't know how fast you walk, but with a car shuttle, it could be done in 9-10 hours. What you are proposing would take longer than the car shuttle route.
