Baptist Draw and Upper Chute

    <FONT FACE="arial,helvetica"><FONT SIZE="2">We did it last Tues. My 6 year old daughter needed a rope in a couple of <BR>spots but my wife and 10 year old son freed it. Plenty of water in the upper <BR>Chute up to 3.5 feet deep in 2 spots and knee deep in others. Remember to <BR>look under not just over on the chockstones.They had a blast and the kids <BR>dealt the narrow spots easily and then laughed at us. <BR> <BR>Nice to meet you in Escalante, Tom <BR> <BR>Ram</FONT> </font>

    Anyone have a recent report of conditions in Baptist Draw/Upper Chute. Wondering about down Chute but also the shorter route/exit up Chute. Bette

    Reports from about 2 weeks ago have Baptist essentially dry, Upper Chute pretty wet and Lower Chute a bit wet with slippery mud
