Hi all. My brother and I are considering doing Arch Nemesis in Capitol Reef in a free weeks. I've read that there can sometimes be pools depending on conditions. Anyone been in there recently that could comment on water levels? Our wives aren't huge fans of stagnant canyon water so trying to pick the best canyons for them without ruining the experience. Thanks!

I would expect water and ice levels to be fairly high. From the snow build up at the last rappel, it doesn't look like anyone has been through Arch Nemesis for at least a few months. Also, the approach is almost entirely north facing, so I would anticipate snow and ice.
